Destellos by Gema – Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a defect, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at destellosbygemallc@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at destellosbygemallc@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As mentioned, personalized products, custom orders, and items that are made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom products (personalized items, special orders)
  • Items made to order

If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.

Refunds
Since our products are personalized, we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made in fulfilling the order. If a refund is approved for these situations, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible before production begins, and we will try to accommodate changes when possible.
